"I forgot the guys name that helped me, but dude was super helpful. I was interested in the klx140, and pulled it out for me and let me check it out. Ran numbers for me to let me know how much it'd be out the door. Other people there seemed really nice too. Also, he gave my son a pack of motocross cards before leaving which was cool. "I cannot say enough good things about KRW Cycles, their staff, and will recommend them to everyone I know. I was trying to coordinate the purchase of a bike and accessories in a tight window. To do this, I had multiple calls and emails with them. Throughout the entire process they were clear, responsive and never made me feel any of my questions were putting them out. When I arrived, everything they said they would do was done and made an extremely smooth process. In addition, I received the most informative walkthrough on a bike I have ever gotten. "Late but better than never review(I swear I wrote one) I was a solid customer of Vista Kawasaki beforehand. We bought 2 bikes there and loved them.Anyway KRW acquired Kawasaki for the area and I bought my ZX6r there 3 years ago.(March of 2020 is this review date) Kirk was super knowledgeable and helped find my bike in the color and options I wanted and made it happen quickly. He also went over all the little bits, filled the tank and went over the bike with me on delivery. They had some extra ZX6r event shirts and even gave me a shirt and a hat. I loved it and still wear them.I also have had service done here, they book out far though so only 1 or 2 times I had service. 1 Slip on install and a oil change.Every time I go in there they remember me and are so friendly. I am getting close to another purchase and I am thinking I will come back when the time is right. I went to check out the bike I want and I was helped right away and questions were answered.Great place to go where you feel like family. (Much like Vista was) I'ts the mom and pop feel you're looking for that big dealers can't offer.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDIT: Saturday April 6 2024. Still a 5 star. I stopped in to say hi and to see if they could do a on the fly oil change. Luck be on my side they fit me in on a Saturday! Mechanic is on top of it, reminded me my front brakes need pads and that I had a super minor coolant leak to look at and that a new rear tire was needed soon. I ordered all of the the parts and now waiting for them to arrive so I can schedule a service. I can't be happier with the service here. Glad they mentioned needing brakes, it was a bit worse than I thought. I knew I needed them, but not as desperate as it was.Kirk was also there and remembered me as usual. Very nice guy." They took time to explain everything on the new bikes and make sure we felt comfortable through the process.I tend to shy away from reviewing dealers but this place went above and beyond.
